3. Mystery Box concepts before launch
The Shop page presents six future, original STOK Mystery Box concepts. The checkout page is currently a visual and technical preview: it does not accept orders or payments and does not display invented prices. The names, descriptions and illustrations are not a commercial offer. Before any box is made available, its exact contents, mandatory food information, price, net and shipping weight, delivery terms and applicable consumer rights will be published.
4. Enquiries
Submitting a contact or partnership form is a request for contact, information or a separate offer. It is not an order or acceptance of an offer and does not create an obligation to pay. A contractual relationship arises only after subsequent express written agreement between the parties or a signed contract.
5. Product reviews
The review form is for a genuine experience with the specific product identified. Submission does not guarantee publication. Every review is checked and remains hidden until approved. We do not publish the verification email, add ratings or statements on the author’s behalf, or change the meaning of the text without the author’s confirmation. The author may withdraw permission for public display using the contact email provided.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, structure, graphic design and original materials are protected. The Laica and Lago trade marks, names and product images belong to their respective rights holders and are used to present the portfolio. Copying or commercial use without prior permission is not allowed, except where permitted by law.
7. Permitted use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, extract data automatically in breach of rights, distribute malicious code or take actions that could disrupt its normal operation.
8. External services and links
The website may contain links or embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and policies. Before any commercial launch, these terms will be supplemented with information about the courier and payment services actually used.
